Enki is the son of Anu, God King of Nibiru. Heir to the throne and his father�s closest confidant, his only rival is the malevolent god Inlil, his half-brother. Having committed unforgivable transgressions against other gods, Inlil is placed on trial. Enki counsels his father and Inlil is banished to Earth. There, Inlil resides in the form of canid, commanded to not encroach upon the domain of man. But Inlil cannot resist. He discovers the pain and suffering of man strengthens him. Using this, he is determined to empower his being to the point of returning to Nibiru and seeking vengeance on those responsible for his banishment. Chosen by Anu to capture and return Inlil to the underworld, Enki takes the form of a great white eagle. Soon, both Enki and Inlil discover the ability to assume the form of humans and transform others to assist them. In the persona of Assim, a former commander in the Army of Ur, Enki searches for Inlil. Inlil assumes the guise of Kneph, a general in the Army of Lower Egypt. Using myths and religious legends, Inlil recruits followers as the Egyptian god Apep and Zoroastrian demon Ahriman. For seven thousand years they battle, with the future of mankind in the balance. In the form of a great white eagle, The god Enki travels to Earth to return his malevolent brother to Nibiru and prevent destruction of mankind. He is confronted and conflicted by his human persona and soon realizes, there is much more at stake than the retrieval of his half-brother. Enki experiences the human condition.
