It is definitely more difficult to stay in shape and look good after 40, though it isn't impossible. The book shows how just keeping a few simple things in mind while following some tips here and there will allow persons of any age to maintain a fit, healthy and most of all happy life. The advice is specific as well, including tips on timing, what types of exercise to focus upon, and what types of dietary habits to avoid. All in all an important read.
