This book attempts to answer those seemingly ordinary questions of life, with deep factual/practical answers. How do I get to my core being? Who am I? What do I do with my religion, culture, environment, family, gender, childhood etc., and how should I interact with these aspects of my identity? I feel like I have no use for some of these concepts. Do I need to learn about them, and if so, why? How do I put a meaning to my life? What do I do with my emotional baggage? Others say I have it all, so why do I feel empty, sometimes? Why do I have such an emotional pain and can't cure it? I have so many people around me, so why do I feel lonely sometimes? In this book there is a case example of an individual who learned about her culture, religion, and family background to ease her self-growth process. An individual who used her immigration experience as a blessing, considering herself privileged to have had experienced living in two seemingly different countries in her lifetime, she moved from East to West in her teen life.
