Then the second half is all diet and exercise, with amazing recipes, and great workout tips that are easy for an average person to do. These aren't P90X exercises, anybody can do them and benefit. and the photo demonstrations are great!

Being diabetic, it's hard to find diet plans that work, but this one has real science behind it, explaining every step of the way why I should be eating what I'm eating, and why as a diabetic, it's better for me.

This book is so full of information, stuff I never even thought about. This is so much more than a simple diet book. Don't let the title mislead you, this isn't a diet, it's a life change!

He's got this one bit about antioxidants. I mean, of course I'd heard of them, and that they're good for you, but I didn't truly understand what they do for your body until I read this. And it's great, because after every explanation, he has lists of foods that contain what he's talking about, so it's easy to implement as well!
