Posted July 25, 2011 by JC , AlbuquerqueThis book is a great resource for anyone needing to negotiate a deal. It is brief, and therefore easy to keep in mind when negotiating. Most helpful is the emphasis on negotiating towards mutual benefit and avoidance of negotiating to win the upper hand, which is unethical and, in the end, counter productive.
