I lost 7 pounds the first week and am continuing to lose every week. There are no recipes to follow, no weighing or measuring. It is just every day food that you will have around your house. No running out to buy strange foods or buying something that you will never eat again. And you can eat cheese, any diet that has cheese on it has to be the best!
