In the seventh book in the bestselling series, evil scientists are still trying to convince Max that she needs to save the world, this time by providing the genetic link in speeding up the pace of evolution. Worse, they're trying to convince her that her perfect mate is Dylan, the newest addition to the flock. The problem is that, despite herself, Max is starting to believe it.
Fang travels the country collecting his own gang of evolved humans, but the two separate flocks must unite to defeat a frightening doomsday cult whose motto is Save the Planet: Kill the Humans. And this time, the true heroine, for once, might just be little Angel.

Posted August 06, 2011 by Marqus D , PhoenixREALLY i mean half of the reviews i read gave 1-3 stars JUST BECAUSE U DIDNT LIKE DYLAN OR FANG OR ANGEL.. GET A GRIP.. this is an excellent series, well written and easily enjoyable.. This is seriously the first series i started reading not counted harry potter(im only 18) if you stop getting so emotional on parts of the story that were practically foreshadowed in FANG then you can clearly see this book is amazing i could knock it down to 4 stars instead of 5 because it is all over the place but then again the whole series is a whirlwind of events and Patterson doesnt need to be redundant in the development of the characters if you read every book and have a decent memory by the time you get to ANGEL you understand where the characters are going without Patterson's guidance.. OVERALL GREAT FRIGGIN SERIES... GREAT FRIGGEN BOOK GET AT ME FOR THE NEXT ONE YOU ALREADY KNOW IMMA BUY IT

3 . OH, HECK YEAH!!!!!!
Posted April 05, 2011 by Random Mximum Ride Fan , Where I Live, USAOh my gosh! Oh My Gosh! OH MY GOSH!!!!!! Yes! Yes! Yes! YES!!!!!
This was the Max I missed! Well partially. In the begginning I was so fricking ticked off at her and I was so happy when Dylan called her out for moping around about Fang. Yuck.
The Fang Gang was a great addition to this but I still think Fang is a total dirtbag.
Ya'll need to quit worrying about Max ending up with Dylan (even though I'm starting to think maybe she should, just for the sake of the story). JP doesn't have enough creativity or the audacity to tick off a bunch of teenage girls who need to get a life!!! No offense. I'm a total Maxaholic too.
Here's what is going to happen. (Stop reading if you aren't very good at predicting and like to find things out the hard way, which is fine by me)
-Max and Fang are going to get together, Max is gonna cry a bunch, and they're gonna makeout for like an hour.
-Dylan is going to realize, though he won't want to, that Max loves Fang and always will.
-Dylan will end up with Maya.
-Iggy is going to get his sight back and have a happy relationship with Ella while getting continuous "if you hurt her I'll kill you" looks from Max.
-Ella is going to get wings, which I won't mind.
-Gazzy and Nudge will have to stay in the shadow of their fellow flock members. :*(
-Angel is going to sit back and watch things happily fall into place.
Tudah!!!! Now you know. Disreeguard if you disagree. :D
