Her mother would call her wanton. Wicked. But Charlotte Wicks wanted more. Running her parents' Shanghai household and caring for her sick brother was necessary drudgery, but a true 19th-century woman deserved something deeper; her body cried out for it!
Through the Taoist method, her friend Joanna Crane had reached Heaven on Earth, become a Tigress, found true bliss. Why should Charlotte be denied the same? She'd seen the scrolls. Now all she needed was a teacher.
She found him, but the dark command she saw in his eyes promised if she opened this door it might never be closed. The man had a reputation among the females of the city as a ruthless seducer... but also as a bringer of great pleasure. Glimpses of his body inspired awe: flutters in the stomach and tingling in her core.
There was only one choice to make.
"Lee's deft eroticism hasn't lost any of its power. With her latest variant on the Tigress practice, Lee's star continues to burn bright." ~Nina C. Davis, Booklist
"An exotic story of China and the people who believe combining yin and yang in special ways between certain people leads to their visiting Heaven during their oneness, or climax." ~Carolyn Crisher, Romance Reviews Today
THE WAY OF THE TIGRESS, in series order
MEET JADE LEE:
Jade Lee, a USA Today bestseller, has two passions (well, except for her family, but that's a given). She loves dreaming up stories and playing racquetball, not always in that order. When her pro-racquetball career ended with a pair of very bad knees, she turned her attention to writing. An author of more than 30 romance novels, she's decided that life can be full of joy without ever getting up from her chair.

1 . Loved this.
Posted September 05, 2012 by Marie S , West HavenThis was the first book I read in the series and I must say I couldn't put it down. Charlotte has a backbone of steel and a heart soft and loving. She is not willing to see her hero give up a most important part of himself to atone for a past sin committed as a child.
