Frankie and Nik are illusive, like a mirage in the steaming heat of the desert-you arent sure if theyre really there or not, whether theyre coming or going. Two strange wanderers who ventured into El Paso for the summer, obviously on their own agenda. No one knows anything about them, and that mysteriousness is exactly why everyone wants to be around them. Frankie arrives in El Paso and Nik gives her the scoop on the place. He tells her what they can come up on. They just need a plan, which is her area of expertise, not his. Basically, they are looking at houses stacked to the ceiling with money, not just in the form of paper. Its endless. There could been eighty million in one house. There could be five hundred million in another house. This is all motivated purely by their greed. Pure, unfiltered greed. Those houses contain untaxed, unregistered, unmarked money. Unregistered, unmarked, untaxed drugs. Untaxed, unregulated, unmarked people, guns, everything. And they want some.
