Each individual incident in The Sacrifice: A Chronicle is based on true but separate situations that have been experienced either by the author, or by someone who has expressed a desire to 'get this information out' to the general public. The Sacrifice: A Chronicle is the marrying of these experiences into a combined, compelling fictionalized story of several generations of a genealogical line who have no knowledge of their ancestry. The Sacrifice: A Chronicle addresses current, as well as past social problems that have been, and can be met with either an overwhelmingly crippling obsession to what has been, or a willingness to accept the known as well as the unknown past and forge ahead to one's own life story. The book can be viewed with sadness at seemingly insurmountable obstacles, or with joy that seemingly insurmountable obstacles can be overcome.
