Overview

He was known at the Piper a coldhearted kidnapper who terrified the city. The Piper latches onto crime reporter Scott Fleetwood & feeds info on his current kidnap victim. The FBI act, but it's all a hoax. By the time the FBI expose the lie, time has run out & the Piper makes good on his threat & takes the life. Then he vanished, but now he's back with one target in mind Scott's children.

Simon Wood

Simon Wood is a California transplant from England. He was a competitive racecar driver and flies airplanes. He's married to an American, Julie, and they share a longhaired dachshund and four cats, who dominate their lives. In the last seven years, he's had over 140 stories and articles published. His fiction has appeared in several "Best Of" anthologies and his nonfiction has appeared in Writer's Digest. His previous titles include Working Stiffs and Dragged Into Darkness. Expect his next thriller from Leisure later this year.
