Amy Sherman, LMHC is a licensed mental health counsellor in the state of Florida, with a master's degree in Counselling/Psychology from Vermont College.
She has more than seventeen years of experience in the field and has worked with adolescents, men, women, children, and the elderly. She is an educator, a seminar/workshop leader and a group facilitator, and offers programs and trainings to numerous professional, spiritual and civic organizations.

Amy is also a trained clinical hypnotherapist, specializing in anxiety and health issues. Her passion has always been to empower people so they reach their full potential.
