Robert William Sandford

Robert Sandford is the author of Water, Weather and the Mountain West (2007), The Weekender Effect (2008) and Restoring the Flow: Confronting the World's Water Woes (2009). He is the Canadian Chair of the UN's "Water for Life" Decade and sits on the Advisory Committee for the Rosenberg International Forum on Water Policy. Merrell-Ann Phare is the author of the Denying the Source: The Crisis of First Nations Water Rights (2009). She is Executive Director and Legal Counsel to the Centre for Indigenous Environmental Resources, a national First Nations charitable environmental organization.
