Monica Grenfell is an author, journalist and nutritionist in private practice in London for nearly 20 years and has published eight books and two videos in the UK. She writes a weekly column, entitled "Health Club with Monica Grenfell," for the British paper News of the World, which is read by more than 13 million people. Monica is married and has two sons. She lives in Oxfordshire, England.
