Marshall Goldsmith is corporate America's preeminent executive coach, having worked with more than sixty CEOs at the world's leading corporations. He is on the faculty of the executive education programs at Dartmouth College and the University of Michigan. Goldsmith lives in Fairbanks Ranch, California.

Bio of Vijay Govindarajan

Vijay Govindarajan is the Earl C. Daum 1924 Professor of International Business at the Tuck School of Business. He consults with CEOs and senior executives in global corporations. During 2008, he is on leave from Tuck to work with General Electric as "Professor in Residence and Chief Innovation Consultant."
