Author Information

Lillia Forsythe

I guess I have always been a writer. I have notebooks everywhere around my house that contain my dreams from yesteryear. Lately, I've had a set of characters churning up in my head. It was spawned from a song and music video that swirled around with my other favourite topic: vampires.

If you read my work, you'll find out one of my real quirks. I love the idea of half-somethings. That forbidden mixture of two opposites. And I love tragic characters, but I try not to make too many of them. I also have another quirk. I don't care if you like my characters. I'd almost prefer to write the type you don't like, because it's more likely, more real to me.

  • 1.5 stars out of 5An easy read with dark undertones

    Posted February 23, 2010 by LF_Fan13, Chicago

The world created by Lillia in "Sons of Sin" is both dark and painful and light and hopeful. She has turned out a very easy to read story with believable dialogue and characters. She definitely understands that not everything is sunshine and daisies and turns out the way we expect. There are several twists in this plot that readers won't see coming.

This isn't a book about vampires. This is a book about a boy trying to discover what he is and who he is in a world he doesn't understand, and he just happens to be half-vampire.
