Overview

Life blows for sixteen-year-old Janelle. She just found out she's a Tempest, able to turn into a hurricane by touching the ocean. And soon she must obey the Tempest law and transform. Things only get worse when the evil Tempest leader wants to harness her power. Janelle is unknowingly the strongest Tempest alive, doomed to become the worst hurricane ever. I am a young adult fantasy writer. I enjoy writing novels with concepts that have never been tried before, to my knowledge.

My current novel, TEMPEST, came to me in a dream I had one night. When sixteen-year-old Janelle discovers she must one day turn into a hurricane, she's devastated. And things only get worse when others like herself want to force her to use her power for evil.
