The Love Child of the Black Dagger Brotherhood and Dark-HuntersPosted February 21, 2009 by Janine, Louisiana
I'm so glad I bought this bundle! The price was great but the actual books were awesome. You had multiple points of view, mythology and some amazing men with women who could handle what was given to them. The cat and mouse romance of "I love him and then I don't" was non-existent(Thankfully!) In each of the books characters are introduced that These 4 books set up a series I will be anxiously awaiting! (Oh keep in mind that the first one is a novella so it is paced a little bit faster than the others.)

UnreadablePosted September 02, 2009 by Lthel, Philadelphia
I couldn't even get to the end of the first book. The writting is terrible! The characters, esp. the females, change motivations constantly and the dialogue is just so convoluted. I find the Dark Hunter series somewhat unreadable, especially with all the random unnecessary slang, but I can at least get through the book. These were just painful.

Strong Men, Tormented Love and ass kicking fight scenes!Posted September 05, 2009 by Love2Read, Seattle, WA
This series is similar to the "Black Dagger Brotherhood" the main difference is the mythology that is the main backdrop of the plots. I loved the way Showalter intertwines many stories within her writing, all her characters have depth and it's a wonderful way to put away the trial of the day and loose yourself in this series... cant wait for Heart Of Darkness!
