Bio of David Colbert

David Colbert, author of the acclaimed Eyewitness series, began digging through libraries and pushing great writers upon his friends while still a student at Brown University, and has been doing so ever since, through a stint editing books at a large publishing house and now as an author and editor. The first volume in the series, Eyewitness to America, was a Main Selection of Book'of'the'Month Club and the History Book Club. Colbert is also the author of The Magical Worlds of Harry Potter and editor of Eyewitness to the American West, Baseball: The National Pastime in Art and Literature, and World War II: A Tribute in Art and Literature.
