Overview

Some humans leave Earth when a massive flood threatens the planet. Eventually they return to manipulate human history. An alien species follows them, and experiments on the humans. Eventually, the humans of Earth discover this, and President Truman sets the planet on a path that will forever change history.

Cliff Ball lives in Texas, is a Christian, has a BA in English, and has 5 published novels, the four others being Shattered Earth, Don't Mess With Earth, New Frontier, and The Usurper. Out of Time is his first published short novel. In 1992, Cliff had a short story published in a youth magazine that was written in high school creative writing class, the story won 3rd place in the contest for that magazine.
