    This book did not take me ages to read, while i'll admit that i have been in a bit of a funk lately when it came to reading just about anything and this book kept my interest enough that it actually helped get me back into the groove of reading. It was intense at times sweet and endearing in other areas and almost brutal sometimes in its honesty in regards to the interactions of the main characters. the heroine in this book did not make things very easy for the hero and that usually is to be expected.But alas the hero's constant understanding, patience and love proved true and strong and in the end he won the heart of the heroine and we got our happy ending.
