The author of fifteen series romances for Harlequin Blaze, Harlequin Temptation, Zebra Bouquet and Meteor Kismet, Alison made her first sale in 1993. Her book, CALL ME, was a Romantic Times finalist for Best First Series Book - and was a book she sold on national television, accepting an invitation issued by the Harlequin Temption senior editor live on the "Isn't It Romantic?" episode of CBS 48 Hours.

With her first three Temptations in print, she took a break from writing romance novels and spent a few months living one, finding her own hero and practicing every technique she'd learned from a lifetime of reading the best "how-to" manuals around! She now lives in a Houston, Texas suburb with her new hero, and depending on the day of the week, whichever of their four kids grace their revolving door. There's also their dog named Smith, and Petey, the turtle. And she actually manages to write in the midst of all that madness.
