Overview

With Supreme Court rulings limiting the government's ability to regulate abortion, fetal rights have become an issue of national debate. This book examines whether the law should recognize an unborn child--or fetus--as a person. Other relevant topics include whether or not women should be prosecuted for using drugs during pregnancy and whether or not a pregnant woman should be forced to undergo medical procedures for the benefit of a fetus.
