  I thoroughly enjoyed this entire series. Set in present day, a witch roommates with a vampire, and there's a family of pixies out in the front garden. There is action, magic, daemons, cell phones and computers. The story is well written, all the characters are very well developed, witty dialog.

  This series takes place in a world where all of the things that go bump in the night are out of the closet. Witches, Vampires, Werewolves, Pixes, and a whole lot more make everyday life a little more interesting. Now add in a sexy butt-kicking bounty hunter and her team and you are off and running on a wild ride in the Hollows. Don't miss one of the best fantasy adventures in print today. It's a must read for anyone that has ever wondered what the world would be like if we could all just get along. :-)

  This is an imaginative writer who has crafted a funny and scary world in which her main character contends with humans and every imaginable fantasy creature! Rachel Morgan is a witch that you can quickly come to like, even if she seems really stubborn and makes some pretty dumb decisions. Hmmm, sounds like some people I know in real life. There are some pretty steamy adult situations so I would not recommend this for young teens. There is a lot of humor along with the horror. I loved this series.
